Our monthly program is really simple!
We get together after work from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the last Tuesday of every month to network, share ideas and leverage resources. At each event we feature an entrepreneur or investor who shares insight about their business, their financing process or a particular initiative they are seeking to fund. We learn about the lessons these people have discovered on their journey to success and what they look for to enhance their confidence in an idea.
What you get from LastTuesdays is directly related to what you put into it. Come with energy, ideas, passion and a committed belief that entrepreneurship can transform individuals, communities and nations. Think entrepreneurship as a passionate pursuit of opportunities and the creative enterprise of bringing people and resources together to transform the best opportunities into innovative and valuable solutions.
LastTuesdays is a different type of open source sharing. We focus on making things happen by not focusing on necessarily being part of what happens. We earn bragging rights in the knowledge that we contribute to creating valuable solutions and transforming our lives and that of those around us. We make our community better!
Bring a friend, a colleague, an employee, or a student. Be prepared to share your ideas and your contacts to help advance the ideas of people you meet. Others will do same for you.
So, mark your calendars. Every last Tuesday is a LastTuesdays in the Cat Pause Room, 2nd FLoor at the K-State Union.
